Start from the Camp page on the Inside Hockey website and choose Register for Camp.

Choose the right account

  • If the player is under 18, create or use a Family account. The Family primary selects the Junior Player who is attending and pays for their place.
  • If the player is 18 or over and registering themselves, create or use a Senior Player account.

If a Junior Player already has an Inside Hockey profile, use Connect existing player and enter their exact profile email. If they do not have a profile, choose Add new player. You must be the player's parent or guardian, or be authorised to act for them. A connected player receives a service email explaining the connection; their own login and player profile remain unchanged.

Before payment

Select the player attending. Before you can continue, you must separately accept:

  1. the Programme Booking Terms; and
  2. the Camp Participant Waiver.

Inside Hockey records the versions accepted, the acceptance time, the accepting account Person and whether they accepted for themselves or as a parent or guardian. Read the Privacy Policy for how account, participant, health and consent information is handled.

Goalkeepers must contact Inside Hockey and confirm availability before payment because places are limited.

Complete payment and the player profile

Choose Continue to Camp payment. If the account does not yet have a payment method, Outseta will ask for one before opening the Camp purchase.

After payment is confirmed, the payer receives the registration email. A Junior Player with a different login also receives a profile reminder. Complete the attending player's contact, playing, emergency, medical, allergy, dietary and shirt details in My account.

The registration email also contains the private Camp WhatsApp link. Joining WhatsApp shares the joining account's display name, profile image and phone number with other group members. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.

If payment is interrupted, the player is not marked registered until Outseta confirms the purchase. Return to the Camp registration page or contact Inside Hockey support if the registration does not appear in My account.
